When one encompasses an unshakable conviction in the Blessed One, and when one encompasses the practice of virtue cherished by noble beings...
And yet when one encompasses joyous thoughts directed towards the Noble Sangha, and when one encompasses the Noble Right View or the directness of seeing life as it is, he is not a poor person. His life is not empty.
Thus the wise person, while reflecting on the Blessed One’s teachings, should master his discipline in the Dhamma with conviction, virtue, joyous thoughts directed towards the Noble Sangha and the Noble Right View.
The Blessed One (Pancha Dhana Sutta)
